Great customer service from ever employee that i encountered. The prices are great and are clearly labeled on the shelf or rack. The store is very clean and well stocked with products. Their website lets you know what is available at your local store. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The staff will go out of way to help and are always close by. They even rent Penske moving trucks until 9 pm daily. A÷÷÷ Thank you for making a customer feel appreciated.

Took 3 weeks to receive my flooring quote back. In the meantime i had already found a different company to measure, quote, order flooring and install before Lowe’s even called me back. I was going to spend $1,300 and didn’t even get a phone call to follow up on. Just seems like no one cared or provided the necessary customer service to even gain a sale or customer.
