I have used Hemet Flooring over 24 years for carpeting in my home and RV. They have also put in porcelain tile and laminate flooring in my home. I have enjoyed the products and had nothing but wonderful customer service including installation. I highly recommend them!

They were quick and reasonable. Said it would take 2 days and they had it done in one and a half. I think it looks really good.

Within a year (April 2013), a 9x9 section of the carpet pulled up near the door, in which I found the carpet tack strips broken and lacking in the amount of adhesive used to secure to the floor. I remember the installers having issue with the adhesive they were using and this was the area they started in. I called Jamin (who is the owners son and I previously dealt with him when selecting the pad and carpet), and he quoted a charge of $90 (or something close, I was upset and can't really remember) to send someone out, not even the repair charge. As you can see in the picture, the carpet tack and pad are more than the recommended 1/8-1/4" away from each other. I was upset to find that they didn't warranty or stand by their work. I didn't spend a ton of money (about $600) and apparently I got what I paid for. Original Review 2012: Richard and family did a great job! I needed carpet (over existing tile) in my living room and family room for my new baby. They were able to give me a great price, and it was intalled within a week. Hemet Flooring's prices and service are far superior to Home Depot and Lowes.
