If you need something in particular for a building project, etc then it's a quick in and out trip, once you locate where the item is in this massive store. For my first visit I took my list and took my time exploring the cool merchandise available. I wasn't in a hurry and had fun looking around. The Lowe's employees are friendly and very helpful, sometimes going over and beyond for the customer. This especially happened in the heavier materials and in the garden dept. I recommend Lowe's and found they were quite competitive in price comparison and their team members knowledgeable of the products and materials they carried. Always a happy face asking if they could help!!!!

So I when to Lowe's by my apartment. N there was this girl that have just started working there.. it's her first week.. so I ask her for directions to find what I was looking for, n she did great super friendly.. then I when looking for something for work. N I ask a man that's been working there for years n not only was he not willing to help me but while I was still talking he walked away from me ignoring the fact that I was talking.. n believe me I'm not a low voice kind of guy. IT MAKES ME SICK PEOPLE LIKE THIS MAN..

Didn't have 1" plywood in stock or 3/4" copper tubing. Let's get it together people these items are frequently used, there's no reason why your out of stock. Home Depot is looking real good right now.

I've had a line of credit with you for several years now, always been happy with your service but lately it's not up to par. When I try to find an associate for help they're always busy and take a long time to service me. I've noticed there are not enough people to help, so that makes us have to wait a long time also well waiting I've noticed that people that are wanted to buy things like for instance a lawn mower ,that's up to high in the Shelf. The customer land up leaving because the associate takes long to come. I've done that myself I waited so long for service , I to land up leaving the store and going to Home Depot for my items .Also I noticed you're not as stocked as Home Depot. Also I've noticed you have Associates that are not trained well they always tell us that they have to look for the specialist. Everyone working should know how to do and their Department. One associate of yours was helping a lady with a belt. Didn't even have a tape measure to see what size it was he was eyeballing it ,wasting more time foe us waiting behind for help. As we left the store we went directly to Home Depot as soon as we got through the door there was an associate there to help in every aisle. I do not like to complain but I thought you you should know what is going on in your store this was the Hemet store West Hemet Thank you very much
