management tells new associates to help customers themselves in an area they know nothing about instead of getting help from more experienced associates. they make people do work outside of their department leaving nobody to do their main job and says "everybody at the home depot does whatever they can to help the store we don't have specific jobs." Forbids any associate from physically stopping theft or taking any real action to stop it to avoid a lawsuit. Overall as a past employee I have to say most people that work here are very polite and help each other as much as possible. Everyone had near equal pay and worked as much as we could even if it wasn't our main job. Except management who you cant ask for help without them acting like you are trying to undermine their authority and tells you to do it yourself.

Good place to find most things you need to build or to repair, or to upgrade a home. Many staff know the products they are responsible for because they have used them on jobs. You can hire subcontractors through Home Depot.

Excellent place to find what is needed for any home improvement project.... I personally love the garden department; it has an ample variety of plants and flowers.

There's a Home Depot and a Lowe's in town. The Home Depot is more for actual repair and building and the Lowe's is more for decorating and installation. I like the prices at Home Depot better but they don't have as much decorative stuff so it depends on what you're going for. But this Home Depot is clean organized and the people are helpful, everything you could want
