We just purchased 5 planters for $70 Each 6 For $30 each. We paid $583. And we asked for help putting the more heavier ones on the truck (after my husband had placed the smaller ones by himself ) and no one ever came. A customer saw this and offered to help. He mentioned the same thing happened to him here at this Lowe's. Oh, and earlier when we were deciding on how many to get we called the guy with the forklift and he never returned as he said he would. We just needed him to see which ones they were so he can check if they had more. No show. It's been more than 20 minutes and still no one has come to help. I called them and the operator Transfered me but NO One picked up the line. For customer service I would not give them any stars. But I did find these beautiful pots/planters...so that's why I have rated this location a bit higher than what I think they deserve. Another person just offered to help and No One from Lowe's has showed.

When my Halloween inflatable that I purchased from Lowe’s in Pico Rivera was stolen from my yard Nikki Mancillas (manager) who heard the story through our neighborhood watch group page reached out to me and offered to donate a new one to my 5yr old son. Good deeds are rare these days. I’m so grateful for her and our community Lowe’s they won me as a customer for life ❤️❤️❤️

Love coming to this Lowes it's the closest to my house, but from all the times that I've been there customer service is not good. Always hard to find someone to assist you with certain questions or merchandise. I bought s grill they told someone would come out to help me load it on to my car no one ever came to help. S customer was kind enough to help.

I found even in a Labor Day Sale date here in Pico Rivera sales persons were very helpful. I was able to explain my personal project's, & found helpful idea's to help me, by a Patrick inside garden area for my broken hose & how to fix....thank you for that. Went over to lumber where I found another helpful guy name Jose, explain my project & also helpful & great ideas...again Thank you. As I thought I was just going to price a lighting fixture, came across another sales person name Ted, what insight on lighting area's...again thank you for all. Will return for sure. Thxs Lowe's sales associates persons.

Poor customer service. They rely on self serve check out. It's a simple process. I want something you hve for sale, I hand you money and take my item. Why do I have to check myself out.
