Home Depot San Carlos is very nice and organized. Plants are well maintained. We got several roses and other plants from them and are happy with their quality and longevity. It is our go to place for tools, fertilizers, and paint. You can also recycle batteries and non-flourecent light bulbs here.

Large selection , but some products and not very good quality. They use to carry higher quality name brands , many items are best bought online ,from other companies. Be careful using there installation service. Your better off finding skilled labor and material on you own . These labor and material products are over priced .

It's about what you'd expect from a Home Depot. The staff are helpful enough, if you can find one who isn't already busy. Or if you don't try to call them. They appear incapable of providing any assistance over the phone. Other than that, the selection is pretty good, covering most needs for home improvement, and the prices are reasonable. The return policy is one standout, however, being quite good.

Tried to buy drill combo kit. Three different employees said they had 10 in stock, but couldn't find them. Finally one found them on a pallet 4 aisle over up high. Grab a lift to get one and couldn't. Said he has to get a manager to pull pallet off shelf, meanwhile I have been waiting for over an hour for all of this because they cannot stock their shelves. I said forget it, what is going on at home depot San Carlos. It is every time I go their there is a problem.
