This store provides the best service I have ever experienced in any aspect of sales. No matter whether it's clothes, cars, furniture, insurance, or otherwise, bar none they provide the best service I have ever experienced in my 56 years. Brian, Mario, Dixie, and the entire crew make customers feel as though they have known them for a long time and as if they are part of the family and that we really matter. This is just a quick appetizer of the comments I have to make about them since I am running out now, but if you are looking for any type of flooring, look no where else. No one out there provides the service that you get when dealing with these guys. I have grown to love each one of them...it just seems like a perfect fit to have them as your flooring partner - S & G - my floor store, and forever.

Bryan D. jumped in to help us on a tight installation schedule when we received 22 cases of the wrong flooring material. He drove to the warehouse and determined that the boxes were marked wrong, but they had the right stuff also marked wrong in other boxes The very friendly and helpful staff at the warehouse also jumped in to make the change quickly. Thanks to Bryan D. and the warehouse staff it made for a fun day as we got back on schedule. Thank You all for help Mike K. 01/31/2018

Visited many carpet vendors and found the selection at S&G, in Pleasant Hill, superior. Lexy was professional, kind, perceptive and informative at the store, taking over an hour to answer all of our questions, which gave a good indication about working with S&G. We took home several carpet samples. Justin was a delight when he came to measure and helped us work within our budget to get the Karastan, and the installation crew was considerate, hard-working and extremely accommodating. To have strangers working in one's home can be unnerving but these guys seemed to care about every detail. Highly recommend them.

Mid of Nov 2017- Did a walk- in visit to this branch @ Pleasant Hill with my husband to check hardwood , laminate etc at their showroom. Mario pleasantly greeted us at the door show us the entire selection from their showroom. Mario was very knowledgeable to explain to us the different kinds of flooring. After showing us -Mario asked us to bring a sample laminate home so we can check the color shade we want since we just had our tile done in our kitchen. After 3 visits we finally decided to pick the flooring shade we want. Yes! We chose Hardwood for our formal , family room, hallway and stairs. We got a very good deal! The transition process took about 3 wks total ( from deciding what shade to installation) because they were booked up !!! Wow! That’s how busy this store was. No wonder they have 5 star reviews. We were really very lucky and happy, satisfied and proud on the outcome of our hardwood floor. Jorge and Saul ( installer) were very accurate, on time, very efficient absolutely knows what their doing! Great 👍 installer! Floor measurements -very accurate, hardwood, baseboards had clean and detailed result. They even polished our floors with Bona sweeper during their last day 😀 to summarize from staffs to the installer they are definetely recommendable! They care about their customers was a PLUS. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH S & G carpet was OUTSTANDING!!! ... got FULL LIFETIME SATISFACTION 😀😃😀 THANK YOU !!!
