Came to the store unsure of what I wanted and was helped immediately with knowledgeable, and thankfully, not pushy salespeople. Worked with them to figure out exactly what kind of flooring I needed and was able to negotiate to stay within my budget. Installation was quick and easy. Thanks!

We purchased a bamboo floor from Banner Carpets in Santa Monica. It was defective from the first day. The owner was absolutely unhelpful. When he was selling he assured me "you have a guarantee" if you aren't happy it will be fixed. When I told him I was not happy his response was "what do you want me to do, rip it out and do it over again?" He did not take "yes" as a serious answer. He stalled and ignored and blamed it on the supplier who then blamed it on him and then they both blamed it on us. We paid over $5,000 for this floor and the owner who sold it to us never even came out to see the problem. I am heart broken and have given up on getting this resolved. At this point my husband is just fixing the boards coming loose in the corners himself and we are anticipating having to redo the floor AGAIN in another couple of years. Please just stay away from this business. They will tell you whatever it takes to get your money, They do not stand behind their work and their do not do good work. Don't risk it.
