Poor, poor customer treatment/service, they violate merchant laws in regards to credit card transactions/purchases. Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to be notified. Will never spend my hard earned money there again, will go to other hardware store in town.

Very rude customer service. They made me feel like i was scamming . i had my recipt n this is wat they said " we r not a tool renting company " i did not argue , i just listen to how they saw no concern for customer service. as i left both managers were outside smoking . very unsatisfied. I went back the next day to speak with the store manager and I cannot believe the customer service this whole store offers they should be audited by the Better Business Bureau

Everything you need from a hardware store. They welcome you to the store when you walk in. When you check out they ask if you have any discounts! Military active and retired/senior AARP/many others! The employees are very helpful and will try to help you.
