Home depot is often depicted as the large warehouse store where you're lost and there is no help. Well, not at this home depot. There is always someone who is an expert and is willing to help you. The reason why I love this store is that the employees leave you alone to do your thinking but when you look like you're too deep in thoughts they ask you if they can be of assistance. I started a remodel project last year and have slowly remodeled my entire house with the help of the people at home depot. Their advice has helped me achieve the impossible as my wife puts it. The people here are amazing and very helpful.

Decent selections, comparable pricing but. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been waiting for 30 minutes now for help getting down outdoor furniture cushions that are stacked way up high. Have already asked a clerk TWICE to please get me some help but no one has come. Several employees have walked by and not a single one of them has asked if I needed any help. 35 minutes now, I give up. Going to drive out of town now to shop Lowe's, customer service is always 5 stars there.

I tried to buy some light bulbs in store that were listed online for ~$30 but the in store price was ~$50. When i brought this up to the manager and asked them to honor their OWN online price, they simply told me told me that they don't price match online and that i should just order them online and come pick them up in an hour in-store. Complete waste of my time for something that would have been very easy for them to do and horrible customer service.

Great customer service, very helpful, they're safe when pulling things from the rafters and prices are fair. And store is well kept.
