They are hiring younger people who are not knowledgeable of the store and show little interest in helping. I also ran into one guy who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Five stars to HIM. Its a mixed bag.

I went to both the Glendale and Burbank Home Depot. Both were easy to get in and out of. I had great customer service. Bryon at the Burbank Home Depot went above and beyond trying to find an item that his computer said was in stock. When he couldn't find it he offered an alternative at the same price. I was able to get my project done that day without spending more time driving to another home depot. ❤

Typical Home Depot, what I expected from every Home Depot I've been to. Better than the one in Pasadena, little farther to drive to but much nicer facility.

Decent store but they could use more staff on the floor throughout the various departments. It is clean and typically easy to navigate. The line for Christmas trees can be long and makes parking lot travel tough. But it is a good layout and flows better than most parking lot sales. There is ample parking especially if you do not mind a quick walk.

Pat, an employee behind the customer service desk treated me like I was a child. On Saturday, April 14th, probably at around 8 AM I stopped by the customer desk assuming I could check out there. I brought my (small) item to Pat, who just gave me a disgruntled look when I said I was ready to check out. She rudely explained that "the checkout counter is over there" and pointed to the other side of the store. "I just have this one thing , I see you have a POS, and there's no line...?" I said. "sorry" Says Pat sternly. Fire Pat.
