Very Rude customer service! This assisstant manager Jose couldn't handle the issues about this guy John in the paint department. We were just asking for help about a color in one of their display door we want to color match and this rude employee named John gave us an attitude and keep insisting that we don't need to see the door , but anyhow he walked us to the doors area with an attitude and murmuring swearing words. That's why we went to talk to this Assistant Manager Jose but instead of handling the situation he made it worst like it's our fault and said right away that the guys from the paint department could not walk far away from their department , he doesn't even want to listen to our complaint because our point is that this guy John was very rude and murmuring swearing words and argued with us that we don't need to go see the display doors. I hope Juan the Manager was here, and maybe handled this situation more effective

Visited Home Depot to purchase 4 sets of closet doors. Was immediately walked over to the closet section and handed off to Mike. Mike finished up with a customer and took the time to carefully talk us through each option of "Good, Better, Best". He quickly entered our order into the computer and we were on our way to the cashier to pay for our closet doors. Our contractor was able to pickup the replacement doors from will call the next morning. Seamless process.

By far the worst experience one could have. If your people on the floor don't want to work- send them home. Lowe's on Topanga hooked me up- where I couldn't even get service @ Home Depot. I don't want to choose a star to rank but I'm required to in order to post this message- they are a waste of time. I'm selling my stock...

I stop here at lunch to pick up the things I will need when i get home as it is located near where i work. The parking lot is always fairly empty during the lunch hour so i can get in and out quickly. Their light bulb selection, especially the LED's, is fantastic with a wide range of styles, lumen output, and temperature range. They really came to my rescue when I needed a short length of large gauge wire for wiring a motor. You can buy it by the foot at just the length you need.
