Ordered 108 bags of a product online, get to the store am told "oh we have 160 bags, all should be good to go". Told to go to lumber to pick up said bags, lumber says "no you need to go to the garden center on the other side of the building. Go back to customer service and ask where to go because that section of the parking lot is completely roped off. "oh go out of the parking lot and come back in at the furthest entrance....by the way, we only have 52 bags..." The older gentleman employee (Kelsey?) was really helpful, the other girl at the CS desk was more interested in her phone and never even looked up when talking. We tried going to the 'furthest entrance' via the main street but that is blocked off too!
We almost left at that point, but decided to try one more time. Went all the way around to the back of the building and over to the garden department, finally got everything loaded up, but getting out of the back area was delayed because of employees 'just chilling' in their forklifts, blocking the road way.
Never again will I go here.
Thanks to the guy who actually got stuff done though that's why 2 stars, otherwise, just one.
