If ya go there. They have better service than the box stores (home depot, lowes) and they can match their prices. Life time guarantee on the installation ( you don't get that at the boxes ) and friendly. Plus - they CARRY MORE STUFF than the boxes. Way more selection. I use 'em. I don't even bother going to the boxes anymore. And .. they are multi-generational owners and operators. Locals. You can't go wrong.

We're out shopping for flooring, and met with a sales associate by the name of Breanne, and she showed us all of the different types of flooring, and explained on how the different types distant, and can hide scratches, and wear, and tear. We plan on going back and finalizing our order when we finish our current remodeling project. They have pretty much everything form carpet, and flooring under one roof. Check them out! Much more tog ether then Home depot, Lowe's, or Friedman Brothers.

It took them a day longer then they said it would to install the carpet. A week after the carpet was installed there was defect in the carpet. When I called to let them know that there was a problem with the carpet. They didn't return any phone calls. Finally my friend's son went to the store to try and solve this problem. They sent a man to the house and he cut out the defective carpet. He left a hole in the middle of the living room floor and didn't repair it. After I was told that they would get back to me and never did. I was forced to call Conklin Brothers and they were out the next day to fix the job Carpet One didn't want to deal with. As soon as Carpet one was paid they were gone. Conklin Brothers were much more professional then Carpet One. Once the check cleared I never did hear back from Carpet One.

When the installers arrived and were well into the job, they discovered that the factor had sent too little carpet.... These guys stepped up to the plate and it worked out well... I won't ever go any place else! Great service!!!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE We recarpeted our house and everything, from measurements to sample selection to installation (they moved everything except for a piano) was completed to the highest standards. Great company
