Typical, good sized Home Depot. I've used just about every department in the store since it first opened. The equipment rental area has most every small to medium product you could need, a big plus. My only critique is the availability of knowledgeable associates in many departments, don't get me wrong, most time they have someone who can answer a tough question, but they are the "busy" ones. A little extra department training, and any other associate that stays stationed in a location would solve that issue easily. It's a decent store.

Home Depot in Windsor is the best, great customer service I drive just a little farther because they are so much nicer there!

Employees are unhelpful and lack basic knowledge of their products. What was a 30 minute trip turned into 3 hours because of their incompetence.

Only one in line at Customer service counter, one employee on phone , other employee stocking water into mini fridge under counter. Waited several minutes, employee on phone hung up and then when to chat with other employee. Never asked if I needed any help. When I thanked her for never acknowledging that I was there and that they no doubt would get employees of the month I was given the middle finger. Nice customer service. Think I'll try Ace hardware instead.
