I have had two excellent experiences with this company. The first was I ordered a house full of some of the best engineered hardwood I found in any store in Ventura (and I looked at a lot). I had to have the materials sent to a remote location in the mountains of Northern CA. They found a way to make that happen and after a few years, we still love the floor and get many complements. The second time I looked for carpet to do our home in Camarillo around Christmas and they did an excellent job explaining the differences in the carpets, and installation was very good and the people were excellent. Anyone who has had bad customer service there or poor materials from there would be hard for me to believe.

I've used them a few times in both my home & my rental. All of their carpet is in the showroom for EVERYONE to see so I think the complaint mentioned is fabricated. I went through the trouble of registering with Google+ just to state that. My initial intent was to simply check their hours because I wanted to get more carpet from them today. Not much to add really... it's a carpet store. They do what they are asked for a slightly more reasonable price than most and have better than average quality. It's like anything, if you buy cheap, you get cheap... but their cheap isn't as cruddy as others... similarly on paying more and getting more. I buy cheap for the rental and it's fine. I spent more on my bedroom and it's plush and stunning. Oh, and by the way... I was there on one occasion and after an hour or so I asked "what time do you close?"... she said "about half an hour ago". The lady waited patiently, with zero indication she was wanting to go home, while I agonized over carpet colors! She probably would have cracked had she known I'm partially color blind. So the comment about "rudeness" I think is also a fabrication. Finally... I don't normally give top scores unless I'm REALLY impressed and I wouldn't have here except that I believe the poor rating given is fabricated and completely unfair.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in a business it's almost like they don't want you to be there.
