Great staff! Can't say enough about how helpful the staff is and high quality nature of their advice. Reminds me of the old days when you could walk into a small hardware store and get advice from the owner, assuming they knew what they were talking about.

I want to give a really great review, but this particular experience was disappointing. I called Home Depot about 45 minutes before I planned to arrive to hold a flatbed truck rental for me (they cannot reserve, but I was told they would hold it for up to an hour). The girl was very nice and took my information to hold the rental. When I arrived, I said I had called ahead and they were holding a rental truck for me. I had also grabbed two furniture dollies to buy before going to the counter. The girl's eyes got really wide and she said something like, "I wrote your name down, but forgot to put it in our system. We just rented the last truck. I'm sorry." Naturally, I was very aggravated as I was under a time constraint, but wasn't rude with her. Things happen. I asked if there was a Home Depot near where I was picking the couch up, and she said there was one 15 minutes away that had a truck available. I asked her to call them and hold it for me, which she did. When we got to me paying for the dollies, she said she was giving me 50% off for her mistake, which I appreciate. However, I had to drive pretty far out of my way because the Home Depot 15 minutes away was in the opposite direction of where I was picking up my goods, and I had to inconvenience someone else by being late to pick up by a half hour. That is what I was trying to avoid by calling ahead to hold the truck. Hopefully this is a one off experience.

I think that this Home Depot is probably the best Home Depot that I have ever used. The store is well laid out and they have product on the shelf. The associates are more than helpful, they are happy also. I bought some rebar and needed to get it cut to size. They let me borrower a bolt cutter to cut my purchase. The bolt cutter is was using was a bit small for the job so an associate retrieved another bolt cutter and cut the pieces for me. That is customer service. They always seem to have great sales in their garden department also.

Bought some bricks and was happily surprised when some one was already waiting to help me load. It is one thing to request and another for them to anticipate and already be there.👍

My first time ever at this particular store I did a return at the front desk ask to use the restroom when I came out of the restroom I was asked buy a worker named Barbara if she can look through my bags on the way to the restroom from the cashier register I did not make not one stop I asked her why she went to accept my bags and she said because she was told to do so I am filing a complaint there was nothing found in my bags by the way that belong to home Depot so I was prejudged and profiled by appearance not only like I look up late but I will be contacting a lawyer
