My husband and I came into the store to purchase items for a job. We noticed the only change registers open, aside from the pro service check out, was the self checkout. We approach the one station and start to ask the check out attendant for a moment of help. She interrupted us rudely saying that she is helping someone else and turned her back on us. So, we went to stand in the line at check stand 2, and the lady at that register was just as rude. She looked up and told everyone that she is closed and continued to finish her current order. We then ended up at the pro check out where Sheryl was great. She was accurate and efficient. She was much more pleasant then the first two attempts to check out. Sheryl should receive some sort of special recognition for being the example of what an employee should be. I didn't know customers were such a bother to a companies employees. Do companies give annual reviews any more? If not, they should. Maybe their employees attitudes with customers would change.

No associates at this location will answer the phone. The first time I called, I selected the option for truck rental - I waited 9m30s and no answer during business hours. I called back and pressed 0, waiting another 4 minutes before hanging up again. Maybe Lowes will want my business considering if my generator can not be fixed, I'll be purchasing another for $1300. They're loss.

Pretty standard Home Depot. People are helpful here.

Home Depot has the organic and non gmo vegetable plants I was looking for, so thumbs up to them. Overall, I think it's a good big box home improvement store.

I booked an appointment with the Home Depot Window Replacement consultant and a guy named Tim showed up, after taking all the measurements for the 17 windows and the patio door he quoted me $20,048.50 for the Milgrad Tuscany Windows and then proceeded to give me big discount of $1002.42 on the whole invoice (total price $19046.07). Same Milgrad Tuscany windows was quoted by Lowe's Lady for $12,160 a difference of $6,886,07. WOW what a great commission. Tim called and wanted to go ahead with the order and when i told him the quote from Lowe's he was rude and hung up the phone and then I called his Manager named Orr and left two message who did not care to call back. What a bad name these guys are giving to the company.
