They have done it again for us, sorry to say we had to push their work back a couple of times, no issue once they started they paid attention to every detail of the work we did not have to remind them of even one item. The floors were 50 years old never been touched and they made the repairs and they look like new. Thank you so much DA Richards and Associates a full service Real Estate Service

The Clarks team was great and Ramiro's work is outstanding. After suffering water damage in almost new floors, I was afraid that the floors would look "refinished" around the edges. Not so, Ramiro's attention to detail and focus on quality made our floors like new again.

Great work, they refinished the hardwood floors in the dinning area, living room and hallway. The floors in the house had some dark stains in high traffic areas and they came out looking new. There was no dust left behind, they covered all my wall pictures and mirrors. The transition areas to bedrooms and bathroom were blended nicely. And they help me move some of my heavier furniture. I am please with their service and would recommend looking at them.
