The quality of the carpet was awesome. The price is exceptional Be careful with the installation. I had mapped out exactly how it should be installed so that the seems were under the couches and out of high traffic areas. They came in and started laying the big pieces next to the walls and then started piecing a bunch of little pieces next to my front door. I had to really fight with the installers to pull it up and do all of the piecework under the couches or against walls. They finally did and when they left they apologized. The finished product was great.

I love southland carpets, the have done all our carpets and laminate floorings. It's a small business, owned and operated by Liz Lawrence and Rainee Griffin "The Twins". They know there stuff and are very helpful. They have done several floors over the years, they have done carpet and flooring in our old house, and now in our new home.

As the owner of a local restoration company (All American Flood Restoration). We have used just about every flooring company in the area before finding Liz and Ranie at Southland Carpet. They are a smaller company with more personalized service and because of their lower overhead pass along greater savings to us. Since we discovered Southland Flooring we haven't gone back to any of the larger retailers. They can get any product that any of the big guys can get and usually have been quicker which is important to us completing our jobs quicker. Highly Recommend !!
