Parking is always busy but manageable. I can usually find what I am looking for (with a few added minutes of wandering of course). Today I was mainly looking for a voltage meter and a portable safety outlet (like a surge protector but in an adapter form to prevent blowing an outlet if the appliance has a surge) better safe than sorry right. I had some other odds and ends in plumbing and hardware but didn't need any help. I like that I can find whatever I need but dislike the lack of available knowledgeable employees. I now know to inform myself before i go because I kept getting the wrong products that were off by just enough to not work when guided by employees. They are always polite no matter how busy and they do get busy daily. The self check out has been great, no problems and it accepts cash cards coupons. Overall I like this location it's clean has what I need and the people are nice.

It's Home Depot! Lots of great stuff and the help seems to be avoiding you or hiding half the time. Most of the people they hire know enough just to be dangerous so if you go there and know what you're after then you're good.

The employees I've met at this Home Depot are wonderful, but their appliance delivery contractor, Sosa Trucking (employee uniform)/Ritchie Trucking (supervisor) is the least professional company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They were having a hard time getting our new refrigerator into our kitchen, and my husband was (nicely) trying to see if there was anything he needed to do to make their job easier. The delivery guy flipped out, yelled at my husband, and stormed out of our house. He refused to speak to us or the Home Depot delivery support line while putting the fridge back together and leaving. The manufacturer tried to get involved, and he yelled at their representative and hung up on her. We spoke to the trucking company office and his supervisor - no apologies. They rescheduled the delivery without asking or telling us, and reported it as refused due to damage. If there is any damage on that refrigerator, it happened after their employee left my house. On the rescheduled day, they never showed up or called. The lady at the delivery support line continued to say they were on their way until an hour and a half after the scheduled window when the line closed, but when I called the next day to report that it never arrived the system said it hadn't arrived at the warehouse in time to make it onto the truck. What?! They had it last weekend. My only complaints against the store are that none of the managers called me back when I tried to find out what happened to my fridge, and that they only offer this one horrible delivery company. I ended up cancelling the order, but they probably could have saved this almost $4,000 sale if they only returned my call. UPDATE: Ordered the same fridge from a different store. Saved several hundred dollars, and got my fridge delivered with no drama.

I've always found what I'm looking for here, except for a man. Can't seem to find a new one of those lol. My old one went sour, like rotten milk. I should probably change my profile picture... Anyway, back to Home Depot. The first Saturday of every month Home Depot hosts a free building event for kids. They have a different project each time. Today it was a little fishing game. They ran out of those kits, so they brought out little planter kits and bird feeder kits. They provide little aprons, paint, nails, wood glue, foam brushes and everything else you need to build your project. Wendy, from the floral department, was fantastic.

There is a lot of stuff here only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but the staff is all uneducated and understaffed but a rare individual, I will continue to come here when the other hardware stores dont have something available and I have done a lot of business here I rebuilt a house every room every wall every window and floor, they are understaffed and they let anyone bring there pet inside which makes it harder for me being a veteran with a real service dog. The number of times I have had aggressive dogs try to attack my dog makes me only come here if I absolutely have to, and the panhandlers and day laborers are extremely aggressive and sketchy
