The folks here were easy to approach, easy to find, and or helpful with advice and taking us to the right place. The gentleman who used for cutting the word was very specific about making sure the measurements were correct and double measured and cut once.

Worst f****** store that I've ever seen go to Home Depot doesn't even deserve one star but I can't go any lower. For any molding or crown molding issues use Home Depot the return policy is better and they won't even give me a sample. Never use Lowe's Home Depot is way better. Horrible management. Their coffee sucks Home Depot's coffees better what else. I'm still here after 10 minutes when I would have been driving way at Home Depot.

This has got to be the worst store I have ever been too! I asked an employee for help and he asked me if it was going to be a long question or a short one, and proceed to tell me that he had a lot to do! Guess I asked the wrong person ahh, nope cause the next person I asked said they don't now anything about anything and said they would find someone and the someone they sent, didn't know squat either but he had a smart phone and tried to show me something as I cut him short and showed him my smart phone , while I waited for the 3rd person to come I had already found my answer on Google. There is no customer service in this store. The service that is there is the kind you don't want. I'd rather step on a nail and walk on it all day before I go back in this store , I'd be way more comfortable than my visit to the Lowe's was.

I'm a general contractor. This place is the worst. If I could give negative stars I would. There are a few superior products (compared to Home Depot) that Lowe's sells but good luck finding them if they are even in stock. The associates have little if any training and obviously zero construction knowledge. They try to avoid customers whenever possible and give homeowners bad advice every time. Go to Home Depot and you at least have a chance to talk to someone who has a clue.

I had a great experience with customer service here!! A woman in customer service really saved the day with a great attitude and knowledgeable assistance. As well, she was such a team player. When her less qualified associate with a not so great attitude was assisting me, she gracefully took over, answered all my questions, and really made the experience a positive one. Everyone else in the store was nice and helpful as well.
