Today was a great experience. There is a new guy there. He transferred from the valley I'm not good with names and at this point I wish I was better because this guy gave excellent customer service Really helpful advising me if what I purchased didn't work bring it back for an exchange and where I could get product if needed. Unlike previous service when I would be promised product in a month and would be contacted at that time if things changed. I would not get the call and nobody would be able to inform me on where the product was after it was already paid for. I give this company 3 stars because the majority of service at the Torrance location is terrible excluding today when I was assisted by the new guy.

The sales service people are always awesome and helpful. I have never had any issues with Big D Floor Supplies I've been contracting for 30 years and I've been around them all 30 years.
