I'm a contractor and have used alpha for commercial jobs. Good products and fair prices. I have also started recommending them to family for residential work and everyone is very happy so far!

My experience with Alpha flooring was great. My carpet was installed by expert installers and I was very satisfied. If i ever need any type of flooring in the future Alpha flooring will be my choice.

I am writing this as a caution to others. If possible i would highly recommend doing business with another company. Dealing with this company this past month has left my Roommate and myself with half done floors broken personal items and a fair share of headaches. At the moment i am still waiting for them to finish a room less then 12 ft by 10 ft. The Initial estimates of time necessary for the project have gone out the window. One of the main issues is that of customer service. There have been more then 6 last minute cancellations. not in the form of a 24 hour notice but typically i am told they will appear at some point in the day from 9:30 to 11:30 to begin then receive a call around 2 or later to be informed that they can no longer hold their commitment and will reschedule us at a later date. When we call to ask if they are still planning or available to arrive they have turned off their phones and ignored our calls on multiple occasions. On the last visit they removed carpet but also broke a tile where the bathroom connects to the room as well as damaged the backing to a dresser and the paint along the walls. NONE of this was mentioned to the home owner present until the roommate came home and noticed along with the fact that a broom was also missing from the apartment. The floors are half done and have been so for two weeks now. This company did the rest of the residence but this most recent set of set backs and lack of customer service i believe was sufficient to finally want to at the very least caution people about this company the Owner has not been very receptive to complaints or inconveniences we have incurred while doing business and seems unlikely to renegotiate the pricing of the job.

Highly Recommended. These guys know what they are doing. We have been always satisfy with the quality of the job and prices. We are working with this company for our home improvement projects for past three years and never had problem.

I and my husband were both pleased with their work. We purchased hardwood flooring for our new house. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. Our only complaint was that the installers were suppose to show up at 8am but apparently they were stuck in the traffic and they showed up about an hour late.
