Good customer service. Wonderful to be greeted by organic herb and vegetable plants! Also had nifty organic mushroom growing kits, hydroponic kits, and more. Love the satisfaction bell at the exit too.

Worst service ever. Couldn't reach bird feed that was too high on shelf. Shelf where it was meant to be empty. Must have asked 4 or 5 workers for help and all they did was page Scott or Scotty. I went to service desk where two men were behind cash register and all they did was page Scott again. One worker I asked didn't even acknowledge my question. Finally after 1/2 hour with no indication that Scott had even heard page we left. No bird seed. We will not return. They need help with their customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service! You would think a "store manager" would take notice to the repeated calls over the intercom for 25 min. (No exaggeration) for help cutting wire in electrical and come do it themselves but no, nothing! Home depots are getting bad all around in the customer service but this is the worst I have encountered in my 18 years as general contractor (Ca. Nv.) Plenty of fake 5 star reviews on google for this location. All poor reviews are of the same nature, focusing on specific issues and complaints, all good reviews are very generic based on overall store performance. You may be fooling some people, even your Corp. but you're not fooling everyone.

Bought 400lbs of salt for my pool. Good price and I didn't have to lift any of it.
