This store is a bad experience almost every time I have to interact with it. I called them and sat on hold for nearly 30 minutes. No one even answered the phone. I called every other department, and no one answered the phone. So, I got my car with the whole family and drove over 30 minutes to ask them a question. They apparently couldn’t answer my question and the place wasn’t that busy at all for them not to answer any phones. There were two items that I was looking for that said it was in stock online. They didn’t have either one. Oh, don’t go to the customer service desk. You definitely don’t feel like a customer and they don’t give you much service. Two of them were just standing around staring off into The Home Depot sunset.

I am beyond dissappointed by Home Depot and their Ryobi Days sale this year. The deal for a double battery pack, and you get a free 18V tool is a complete joke. My husband has been to this store and the store in Riverbank the past two days in a row and they have been completely sold out. When you check online for store availability it gives you false numbers and when you go to the store there ia no product. Due to Home Depot only stocking a small amount of the battery packs. They only put out 4 on Thursday at 6am, and 12 on Friday at 6 am (Memorial Day Weekend). The part that is dissappointing is that Home Depot is allowing the same man to come in an purchase all of their stock on hand. When the sales flyer explicitly states "limit one per customer". My husband spoke to several employees who all gave him lip service on why this one man can purchase all of the sale items but nothing made sense. This is poor planning on the part of Home Depot, and I would bet to say is also "false advertisement". Home Depot has some favorite customer that they are cartering to, and don't give a damn about their other customers. And why advertise a sale when you don't have enough product, it's because you want people to be dissappointed when the store is out of stock, and just buy the tool they wanted. Home Depot is advertising this BIG sale on TV, radio, flyer, etc. Yet they only carry 4 of the product. How ridiculous! No where on their advertisement does it say no limited number stocked and the sale is suppose to go on until June 20th. I will be taking all my business to Lowe's after this Ryobi Days failure. Get your stuff together Home Depot, and stop allowing your cashier's to show favortism to one customer or get a better stock manager to properly order enough products to have an adequate sale. I will be submitting a complaint to Ryobi, and Home Depot corporate offices, and very possibly the Federal Trade Commission as well.

Forget trying to get keys made here. I stood around for 20 minutes while staff just walked past and nodded. I finally asked for help and after another 20 minutes I finally left with no keys made. Its like everyone in this store trys to ignore you. I dont get it...

Always find what I need. When I can't the employees are very helpful in locating the item. Self checkout is a minus because a lot of people seem to have difficulty with it and slows up the line . The go to home supply store.
