Cashier's were very helpful. The sale they had going was nice. The Miracle grow soil I bought cost $3.00 in Chico, here in Paradise it would cost $6.00 or $7.00. Also bought a salmon 🌹 rose, it won't die during the harsh winter.

Perplexing experience, on one hand the employees seem very helpful but on another hand they are so spread out and seemingly impossible to find. The customers also always seemed grumpy and peered around with dirty looks to one another every time I visited. The atmosphere here is so depressing I will not revisit even if I absolutely need to. It's not worth it.

Very helpful staff in door, kitchen cabinets, and flooring! Way better than store in Red Bluff. Worth the drive.

It only takes one home depot employee to make your shopping experience a good or bad one. Unfortunately there are more bad than good. It's a real shame to because they really have some exceptionally good skilled tradesman in a few areas. I would have to say it even makes for a unpleasant time at check out too. If you don't like your job or quit. They will find someone else to fill your shoes.

Box stores are usually get in/out wthout asking questions or plan on waiting. As a Contractor and a Floor Manager of a Home Improvement Center (in my early twenties), I appreciate the value of a competent floor staff. HD Norte Dame in Chico has about as friendly and knowledgeable a crew as can be expected in this type of retail venue. The stock is the stock, and online shopping (with my limited experience) requires a bit of savvy.
