Mark was so helpful. He not only was courteous, but went out of his way to get the bbq I wanted and the heavy gas canister. He makes a great employee and great person. Thank you again, Mark.

A wonderful experience. Ecspecially with the 2 men who helped us put my husbands' toolbox in our truck. I asked their names, but I forgot. I remember Brad. It was fantastic service.

Customer service personnel are more than excellent today. Extraordinary! !! However, prices are a bit higher and delivery system is slow.

I went there this morning to return and item. Ana was working the customer service desk. I walked up and she was talking with a group of people. The other employees had to tell her that I was waiting. She looked irrated and then told me to wait until she helped me. She was rude and never said anything as she completed the transaction....not good. It's nite the first time I've experienced this horrible customer service...

I wish they had a 0 star option for Yuba City HD (headache department).. Will never shop here again after placing a kitchen cabinet order during Christmas sales and it’s almost April and still waiting on cabinets in mail which are scheduled for April 15. Half of the order arrived after 10 weeks. Installer that initially took measurements (Brandon) and said he would be installing the cabinets sent his friend who was not even licensed to install my cabinets. After about two days half of my cabinets were up and he took some of the parts and told me they were missing but really took them to use on a different job site(took all his tools). So I had to wait another month And reorder them. Finally the missing parts arrived after about a month and a half later. He put up one wall and the other wall was 2 inches higher then the other. I told him to make the cabinets the same height from the roof . He called Brandon and told me that I would have to pay him to make more adjustments and took his tools again. Now I am stuck with my kitchen all half up and half on the floor. I asked for them to cancel my order and take the cabinets back because no one would take me serious I had paid them and now they won’t even listen to me. After about a week I get a call from Scott Home Depot installation specialist he came to the house to see if I was lying about the cabinets being different height from my roof. He said I was right and said would try to make it right for us. Another call from Home Depot that my cabinets panels would take another month to arrive. I am never going back to Home Depot still stuck with my kitchen half way done. Please go to locally owned cabinet shops because Home Depot just hires random ppl for installation anyways . Might as well pay a regular local handyman because that’s who they hire.Rather than paying these big monsters that just take your money. Also you do not know what state your cabinets are made and if they would even arrive in one piece. DO NOT SHOP AT HOME DEPOT AND PAY THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! TAKE TO SOMEONE WHO WILL RESPECT AND EARNS IT!!!!
