Be careful when trying to bring in ads for competitor pricing. The Mgr did not honor a clear picture of a lower price for a fridge at home depot a day prior. She stated that all their stores are different when it comes to competitive pricing. I would have preferred to buy all my appliances from lowes like I've done in the past, but I'm done being loyal.

Recently our microwave went out so we went Lowe’s because it was where we bought our last microwave. My dad paid an extra $100 for installation. It was the most ridiculous experience ever. It took them over a week to come “measure” the space even though my dad had supplied the dimensions of the broken microwave. Then it took another week for them to install!! They called to tell us they would come and then called to say no they couldn’t come? At that point we complained and they came out on the original two weeks later date. Pretty horrible service. When the unkempt men came to install they parked blocking our entire driveway. Very unprofessional all around. I would say buy appliances here but DO NOT pay for their install, it’s a joke.

This is my favorite store always clean and super friendly and very professional employees with smiling faces. I can always find help without going through the store. The garden center has fresh plants and a large selection. We came into the store 2 weeks ago looking for a nut for my 90 year young mother's wheelchair handle. We were helped by Mr. Castro and Mr. Charlie the nut that holds the handle into place fell off was unavailable so they found a replacement nut and helped put it on too. My hands wouldn't be able to put it on ( you needed two tools to put it on). Thank goodness for these wonderful employees that went above and beyond to help us. I commend Lowes for having such wonderful helpful and caring employees!! These young men deserve a ata boy!!! We are thankful for this type of extra service. Thanks again we appreciate it !!!!
