LOVE THIS FLOOR!!! We have been living on this floor 5 mos and have no problems. Visitors cannot believe it is vinyl flooring and we don't have to worry about the dog (or us) dripping liquid. We opened our living/kitchen area in a remodel and were able to use the same flooring throughout the house making it all flow nice and keeping the maintenance simple. We're 2 adults and 1 dog; we use a robot vacuum every day to pick up dog hair and dirt, we use a damp mop for cleaning 2x per month, and we placed mats at each outside door which works great. We really love the look, feel and easy care of this vinyl plank flooring; it is so much more "user-friendly" than tile.

very dissatisfied with my experience here. We spent a fortune on high end flooring at Corona Hardwood when remodeling our home. we have a living room that steps down therefore we needed several stair nose pieces. when our contractor went to install these trim pieces he found that the pieces they sold to us were 3 different widths! Corona hardwood promised to order new pieces for us and help install them but after many many phone calls and emails we are left with a very unsightly living room floor... as you can imagine this is horrifying considering the huge sum we spent on our flooring. to sum it up, we were sold a defective product, given the run around for several months, and eventually we were told that it wasn't their fault and that we were out of luck... buyer beware

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flooring and moldings from them which included free delivery. They wrote my house number down wrong, and then attempted to deliver the flooring to the wrong address. Ben then called me on the phone and accused me of not being home even though I was at my house all day. When they looked at their paper work they saw their error and redelivered my flooring. When it came time to deliver my moldings, I told the sales person Josiah that I had to have the delivery after 1p. As that is the time I get home. He told me the delivery dept. would call me and arrange it. They never called me to set up the delivery appointment. The first call I got was from the delivery person first thing in the morning telling me he would be at my house in 20 min. So I called their store to tell them I requested an afternoon appointment and no one had even called to tell me that they were coming out to deliver that day. Their response was they were leaving everything in my driveway and taking a picture of it so if it was stolen or damaged they wouldn't be responsible for it. I then get a phone call from Ben who tells me they took all the molding back to their store and I have to pick it up in 60 days or they are keeping all my money and the material. And then he just hangs the phone up on me. I live an hour away and don't have a truck. These people are rude, belligerent, and highly incompetent. Who talks to their customers and does business like this?

Putting floors in your house can be a big expense, so important to do your homework. We had a very inconsistent experience with them, from 1-5 stars at different times. We were referred here by a friend because the price is supposed to be one of the cheapest around. When we got quotes from them, they were very competitive, but I wish they would have given us a printout or similar with the quote, as when we came in to make the actual purchase it seemed more pricey than I recalled. At that point, we were already in love with the floor we chose, so no turning back. *** Plus a word of warning to those doing this the first time, there will likely be a couple extra thousand dollars of glue, etc, and custom-made pieces - especially if you do stairs. Not an expense I was expecting. The day we made the purchase, I was dizzy because the total price was much more than I was expecting. They day we installed (a Saturday) we realized to our horror that the stair noses were way off from the rest of the wood. We were frustrated to find out they couldn't finish installation without this. My wife called 5 minutes prior to their closing (she didn't know when they closed) and they asked her to hold. She was on hold for 5 minutes, then the line disconnected. She called back only to get the "we're closed" message. This infuriated me that someone would do this! If our experience with them ended here, it would be sure fire 1/5 review, only because negatives aren't allowed. We did get in touch with them the following Monday, and fixing the stair noses was an easy 5/5. They worked hard to make it right, even coming out to our house to pick them up and making sure it was all done right. Redeemed! for now... They had told us to get extra flooring, and they would accept the unused portion if it was a complete unopened box. So after we were done I brought a box back to return only to find out that I need a minimum of 100 sq feet to return. This wasn't clear to me, but sure enough it was in the fine print on the bottom of our receipt. It was really annoying to me, not because I needed the money back, my time is much more valuable than money, and it was a huge waste of time to load it up and brave the Corona construction traffic to come by. If they were truly concerned for customer satisfaction, they would have accepted the return despite their policy. All in all our experience was about 3/5, probably would not come here again unless their price was markedly lower than another option.
