Worst customer service ever! Be careful of the tricks in their installation contract! We ordered full installation of blinds from them on March, since Lowe’s is so busy we didn’t get the measurements done until mid April. After that, they claimed installer will call me in the following day to schedule installation. And we wait for days but no one called. We called the back twice and went to their store twice to finally got their call back. And they decide they can only install for us on late May. 2 month wait for some blinds? Are you kidding me?

The service is terrible and the store never has anything I came for. Sure Home Depot can be packed at times, but it has everything I need including customer service( something Lowe’s does NOT provide). Every time I ask for something from an employee like directions it is always “Hold on I’m busy”, or “ Let me ask someone else”. Lowe’s deserves 0 stars because of their service, storage (what they do and don’t have all the time even after I try to recommend things to help their service), and their overall disorganization. The only thing positive about this store is the RARE customer service( usually given by older aged employees with MUCH more experience in THE REAL WORLD). Lowe’s is a TERRIBLE store.

Needs more assistance!!! I'm remodeling my bathroom, and I went today to buy new shower glass door, mirror and light. I needed assistance so, I asked a man who was working in the area to help me. He said that he will call for a person to help me and I waited for 25 minutes but nobody showed up. I heard in the intercom that someone was calling for personal assistance 5 times but nobody show up. Needs improvement!!!

Service is lousy if need to ask for help. If you ask for help you get I don’t know I will get someone to help you no one ever shows up.Save the hassle go to HomeDepot
