The lack of customer service at this store is a feat to behold. When purchasing things in the store, there is generally one or two registers open, with ridiculously long lines, and several employees gossiping off to the side, refusing to help anyone. The few employees who actually are working generally spend the entire checkout process complaining about how much they hate their jobs.
When ordering online for delivery, I was told I needed to call to confirm the delivery time. They do not answer the phone. Period. I've tried both transferring to the deliveries department, as well as the general customer service number. Neither has worked. For one recent delivery, I spent over an hour on hold across multiple attempts, and have still not spoken to an actual human being. I have no idea whether or not the delivery will show up, since there is no way to confirm the time they assigned me.
I can't fathom how this store continues to stay in business, given that there are reasonable alternatives nearby.
