Horrible customer service. Then again, most places nowadays have horrible customer service so who cares! Yay!

These people suck. Mike and Stephan strung me along for 6 weeks promising a floor to come in. Dates kept on slipping, and finally when the product came in to their supplier, they wanted to charge me for a sample to be shipped to their location to verify that the product would work for me. They haven't once picked up the phone to call me and let me know of any status change, delay, apology, customer satisfaction concern. When I called Mike to ask what's the total cost with shipping now so I can see the product, they said they would call back. Then Stephan the owner called back in 5 minutes and said, we don't carry this product anymore. Six (6) weeks of waiting on them for NOTHING. Just a time suck and horrible experience with these folks. I normally ONLY write reviews raving about contractors, but these people are really HORRIBLE. Stay away. I'd give them zero stars if that were an option.

We've gone back time and time again as we remodel our home and not only do they have in stock what we need, but remember us and what we bought previously. One time we had a box of damaged flooring mixed in the lot, they immediately replaced it with apologies. We've referred several people there and we've never heard of a complaint from our friends and family either.

They were very helpful, and gave us time to look at selection without pressure. When we asked questions were very thorough and objective.
