We went in knowing that it was 8:30 on a Saturday night (store closes at 10) so we knew we probably wouldn't get much help. Which was fine since we were just looking at stuff to remodel a bathroom. We were just getting ideas, putting our hands on things we had seen on the internet and hoping to get some floor samples. But seriously my husband and I were there for about an hour and only one passing employee asked if we had found everything. Compared to Home Depot the flooring displays were awful. They were way up high so you could not feel the flooring. They were very confusing to what quality and price they were. And to top it off there were almost no samples of the vinyl flooring and you had to pay for samples of the "wooden" flooring. I did like the way the vanities were displayed. I would have liked the way the shower and tub doors were displayed but I couldn't tell which ones were for shower and which ones for tubs. Or even if there was a difference. Plus there was a parked forklift down that isle which made looking difficult. I normally like Lowes but at least in this location I will not be rushing back to.
