No one could help me find an item. No experts around just young kids. I went to rhe service desk and they said it should be on the back wall but would not show me. I had to Leave without finding the item. I did buy 10 bags of mulch, but again there was no one to help me load it into my car. Waited 10 minutes and then ended up doing it myself. I'm a 55 year old female 135lbs.

Large parking, easy access. Regular large home improvement warehouae. Personnel helpful and polite. Large choices for paint, sanitary plumbing gardening, etc. Sometime you can get super deal on plants on their sales rack. Outdoor garden center is large and has almost all your need for gardening. Some limitation on pots. Entrance of parking lot is not great. Need to make a turn on a side walk, not great.

Visited this store more than 10 times. I always had very good experience with Moulding and Millwork staff. They are friendly and super helpful, especially Shanon. I took away 1 star because of the front-desk customer service staff when it comes to return and pickup later orders.

The employees and store manager at this store don't care about anything. I was charged $54.98 for flowers that were also priced $43.98. The flowers I grabbed happened to have a few more that were already bloomed. I took a picture of the same flowers marked at $43.98 and showed the rep who was at the check stand who proceeded to tell me to go back and grab the cheaper one, and "she has no clue why they are marked different prices". I paid the $54.98 and left. I called the store manager to let him know about the price discrepancy and he told me he'd talk to the rep to see why they were marked different prices after I already told him that she said she didn't know why. Won't be going back to this Lowe's again.

We purchased $10,500 worth of cabinets with the help of Ms. Mayra Murillo. She helped to design our kitchen and bathroom cabinets to make the best use of spaces. She was knowledgeable, detailed, careful, and comprehensive. Just as important she was extremely patient and truly helpful as we did not understand any technical terms related to cabinetry, i.e., half over-laid vs full over-laid. This is the third time I bought cabinets from Lowe's over the past 25 years, and she is the best.
