Santa Barbara Surfacing initially did an excellent job on our stairs, porch and patio. They were prompt, courteous and more than fair on the pricing. Their workmen were professional and left no mess behind. I would have highly recommended Santa Barbara Surfacing if their work had held up. But within a year the patio started cracking. Within 2 years, the stamped pattern is flaking away. To be fair, they are willing to stand behind their work and make it right. I have been contacted and they are willing to fix/repair at no additional cost.

The patio is beautiful and the guys were friendly and very professional. Only negatives were 1) I asked them to protect my new sliding glass doors and this wasn't done - I am still chipping debris off; 2) there is a new 2" hole in the stucco next to the door that I will have to patch.

Our deck was done in Lake Arrowhead for construction mitigation with the original builder of our cabin. Santa Barbara came back after years, when a problem arose, and corrected the issue and redid our entire deck! I will continue to sing their praises and my wife believes it looks better than the first time! Happy wife Happy Life. Thank you again Fritz for standing up, I wish more people would then we would live in a better place.

Note: This is a review for one of your drivers regarding an incident that occurred on Sunday at 6:30 pm, 03/20/16. I was driving in the fast lane of the 101 freeway passing the 23 when one of your drivers in a red 4x4 almost hit me going 90 mph trying to ride my bumper. (License plate 48*37F1) They then decided to get in front of me and cut me off, even though there was no room between me and the other vehicle and no reason to do this dangerous maneuver. I was forced to apply my brakes in order to prevent an accident. I then proceeded to watch your driver do this same thing to several other people on the road at speeds exceeding 85 mph each time. While this was happening, we passed a highway patrol vehicle. This driver had no regard for other's lives and could have killed people. I have left a voicemail at your office and have called the Ventura County Sheriff's dept as well. Photos of the vehicle were taken. I recommend you suspend this driver or fire them for driving recklessly with a company vehicle. If the owner of the company was driving, then you know why you got this rating.
