Nice store, had everything we needed. We are building some raised garden beds, and got some tools, nails, chicken wire, and boards. We also bought a drain cover for the kitchen sink. The staff member who helped us was very nice and helpful once we found him.. It's really hard to find someone to help, though! Over all, great experience.

This somes from a gal who knows little about tool and stuff. The manager at Home Depot seaside, Tony was professional, efficient and understood the art of customer service. He appealed to be able to multi task, supported his teammates well and took excellent care of clueless customer like me. This is the type of talent be promoted to regional management. If not, competitor should come in to recruit Tony. Tony is able to keep their old fashion hardware store spirit alive. Keep up the good work.

Three or four years ago, you couldn't find anyone to help you in the store. One day, just for fun, I went into the employee break room the in the back of the store, and there were about 25 employees milling around and visiting. Even if you did see help on the floor, they would avoid eye contact and whisk by you, probably on their way to the break room! They must have new management now, because there always seems to be someone to help. You might have to wait a few minutes, but they seem pretty locked in now. I would still encourage anyone to use M&S Building Supply also, which is right down the street, and is our local business. SHOP LOCAL!

Don't order anything special alway check your special orders before you leave the store no matter how long it takes. For cabinets and doors check for plumb and square the damage and long waits for shipping is crazy. They just don't care. If you're going to get something off the shelf that is fine make sure it has a bar code and it not broken. Because they will have no clue how to check it out. Watch your pricing. If they say they will give you credit check back to make sure they do. Sometimes they will only give you a instore credit.
