Associates pass by and avoid eye contact when they know you need help. Then we you do ask for help, they try to assign it to someone else and they all look like you've asked them to move Mount Olive. It's not that difficult to get a ladder to retrieve an item. To top it off, I was told to go to the Gardens store. This place needs a new store manager. What the associates express is a reflection of the current management.

I found the two planners that I had been looking for it to put flowers on my balcony and I was very pleased with the price. I checked it out online and it was $8 more so I decided to go directly to Home Depot. To my surprise they had them but a lot less. Thank You Home Depot and also very good when I asked him about plant food and anti-shock food for plants when you transplanting young plants. He was able to leave me to the products I could use. Thank You Home Depot your service was very good in the gardening department.

Great place to go if you know what you need and can grab it off the shelf. But if you need help, forget it. I waited 30 minutes for assistance even after an associate was paged 3 times. Do yourself a favor and go to ACE Hardware.

Good place for the do it yourself type person. Can't always find knowledgeable staff when you need it but if you know what you need and where to find it you are set

it is not always easy to get help here. but they are well stocked and quick when you pay for your things.
