Very helpful folks. There's usually someone right at the entrance to point you in the right direction. Great return policies. Easy parking. Prices generally match Home Depot, but seems cleaner, friendlier and more adequately staffed. Same parking lot as Costco, so combining a trip is easy. Nice garden center too!

Garden center visit. Good selection of plants, no waiting at check out. I have to say the cashier made the 5 star rating. Polite, well spoken and even offered me water! When I thanked him and said I already had water in the car, he said any time I need to refill it, I can do it from their dispenser!

Had a wonderful experience at this store, I have been to many Lowe's stores in Los Angeles, and this is by far the best one. Customer service is very respectful and quick. I had a special request regarding patio furniture, and the manager Herb, came right away. Which was unusalbut great, because in other stores managers take a really long time to come. Herb was amazing, so polite and respectful, and has very talented skills in customer service. This is also why his employees have great customer service, because they have an awesome role model to look up to. I went to this store 2 times after this and I found the same amazing customer service from the employees and Herb himself. Fantastic group of people.
