WARNING- (I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS STORE EVER) THEY ARE FOR SURE NOT THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR APPLIANCE , YOU ARE 100% BETTER GOING TO OREGON!! LET'S START I BOUGHT A GENERATOR THAT WAS NEARLY $800 WITH THE INSURANCE ( THAT IS COMPLETELY A LIE)WAS ABOUT $1000 !THE GENERATOR BROKE AND THEY GUY CAME TO SEE IT ( NOT GOOD AT ALL AT WHAT HE DOES ) AND I HAD TO TAKE IT IN, THEY TOO A MONTH AND HALF AND TOLD ME TO COME PICK IT UP AND I DID, WHEN I WENT TO RUN IT , IT DIDN'T LAST 10 MINUTES IT DIED, I CALLED IN TO TALK TO MISTER PAUL AND TOLD THEM THEY HAD TO GIVE ME A NEW ONE, AND THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK , THEY TOOK ANOTHER MONTH AND HALF TO FIX IT, I USED THE GENERATOR FOR COUPLE HOURS AND FEW DAYS LATER WENT TO USE FOR THE SECOND TIME AND WOULDN'T START , SO I CALLED THE OWNER REALLY MAD AS ANYONE WOULD TELLING HIM TO ISSUE ME A NEW ONE OR THE MONEY BACK AND HE AS USUAL HE WAS CHEAP , AND THE GENERATOR IS STILL BROKEN!!! I HAVEN'T HAD THE TIME BUT SOLUTION WILL BE TAKING HIM TO COURT WITCH I WILL DO !! NOW RECOMMENDATION TO PEOPLE, GO TO OREGON DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS STORE BECAUSE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY , THERE ARE ENDLESS OF OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP YOU IN OREGON OR REDDING BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE UPSAD !!
