I am surprised to see the low rating. I've always had a good experience at Floor & Decor, and I've bought tile for several projects there. I like the boards they create for inspirations. It is huge, there's a great variety of tile, granite, marble, wood and any shape & size you could ask for. We usually buy one or two tiles to bring home as samples, and they will refund the price if you decide it doesn't work in your home. I've always found the service to be friendly ~ their associates will help you match tiles by color and style. Whenever I have a new tile project, Floor & Decor is my first stop.

Seriously...the front desk staff is SO RUDE and very unprofessional. I spent $2000 there yesterday...the girl checking me out barely made eye contact and when she would speak to me it was with such attitude! she would turn and flirt with a coworker and turn back to me annoyed like I was interrupting?! She didn't even say thank you at the end of the sale!! And this was my third time back in the store...the other 2 times we had equally frustrating experiences, this is just the most fresh interaction. Unfortunately, it won't be my last I was instructed that I had to call and check in as they wont call me to notify when my orders will arrive in store. So not looking forward to going back here...

While the selection of tile is good, the service is just terrible. The employees are rude, more concerned with gossiping with each other than to assist customers. Once I finally did have an employee approach me to ask if I needed help, she interrupted my project explanation to try to tell me not to use a Bluetooth device because they are "bad for you". Suffice to say I took my $25K tile order to another retailer who was happy to help and appreciative of my business.

I had great experience in multuple visits. We remodeled two bathrooms and large open space, we bought 3000 sq feet of floor and tile for floors and walls. Staff was always attentive and helpful. They handled returns easily for the extra materials. Loadout team was great.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I’ve been in this location at least a half dozen times in the past 5 months for a large project and every time the staff have greeted me, offered help and seemed happy! Prices are very good and the selection is great. I find it light years better than Lowe’s or HD.
