After price comparing a piece of stripping for my laminate floor at a big box store and seeing it was over $20 but a longer piece than I needed, I randomly figured out that I could go to a flooring store to see if they had a smaller piece or a “junk piece” to buy for my repair...LL was able to provide me with a new stripping piece, that was the same size as that of the big box store, for extremely cheap! Tommy went out of his way to be helpful! The only thing that was not ideal was they won’t cut it for you there.

Best customer service ever. In person and on the phone! Tom, Dain and Tommy are super. Will use them forever for my flooring needs. This store is farther for me to travel to, but they are worth the drive. Extremely impressed with the service provided.

Great selection with the nicest and most helpful staff. Prices are better than Floor & Decor, Home Depot, and Lowes.

If you're spending $4k, the service is decent. If you need a $28 piece forget about it. I've called several times and have been told they will call me when it gets in. Almost a year now and I still need that piece.

Be very careful when purchasing laminate flooring! They will tell you how durable it is and resistant to everything when buying it! I did 1900 sq ft of it and had a house plant leak on the floor after being watered. The water had not been there longer than 3 hours due to time of watering plant. Floor swelled up 3 boards in the middle of the floor. Called to ask about it and was told all laminate floors will all do that and no warranty against water failure. Besure to ask this question before purchasing any flooring and get it in writing if they lie to you and say it's good against water!
