We had them refinish original oak floors in a 1955 house that we had just purchased. There were some heavy stains from where previous owners had installed some tile over. They involved us every step and put down many stain choices for us to see. We have had this house for about 6 months and we are very happy with how they look and have had lots of compliments! The guys are nice and down to earth. Definitely recommend them.

Mr. Sandless contacted my parents after the previous review was posted and sent workers to their home to view the cupboards. They agreed the finish was not up to their standards and refinished the doors and drawers that were tacky and peeling. The finished work is acceptable and my parents are satisfied. ---------- Previous Review, one star rating ------ Posted for my parents, who hired Mr. Sandless of Grand Junction to refinish kitchen cupboards in their home about 8 months ago. They are not satisfied in any way. The finish was represented to me as highly durable. After 8 months, the finish is flaking off and is blotchy looking. I'm am now looking at what to do to remedy the issues, and Mr. Sandless is not returning my calls. During the process, the cupboard doors were removed and taken to the shop for staining and finishing. When they were returned, the stain did not match on 2 cupboard doors that meet. Mr. Sandless did come back several times to attempt to get the stain to match, and while they are closer, they still do not match. Mr. Sandless' process is not well suited for kitchen cupboards, and they have not stood behind their product as they claimed.
