Terrible experience! Rude, scary, unprofessional. Called me a liar, rude and discourteous because I cancelled an appointment and representative came anyway. I have confirmation of cancellation but rep, (Stephen) was unaware. He texed telling me he was at my house. I wasn't there, I informed him of cancellation and apologized for inconvenience. He called me rude. He told me I didn't cancel and again called me rude then proceeded to chew me out and tellimg e to be courteous in the future...then boss even said he was just frustrated. No apology....how frustrated would he be if no sale was made....

My name is Stephen, I'm responding to previous post from Lisa. If you could imagine working as a salesman just trying to make a living with all good intensions. I scheduled an appointment with Lisa to be at her home at 1pm in St. CLOUD, FL. When I got to her home nobody was there, so I texted her and she responded that she cancelled her appointment, went with another company and that she emailed a cancelation. I received no email, no courtesy call from Ms Lisa at all. All I responded to her was that was rude to waste a 3hour drive from Orlando, half my day and that she should of been more considerate. So she called my office, wanted to get me fired and went on and on that I said she was rude. She said she would make it difficult for us. I really feel sorry for this woman, Happy in a way that we didn't do business with her. I wish her the best and that she comes to realize people are just working hard to make a living. I have satisfied almost everyone of my customers in the past. , I work hard.thanks Stephen Floors2U
