I just moved to Deland and was doing some renovations on my Home and decided to give them a try. I was impressed by their nice showroom. They carry quality products and I got a nice carpet and padding for my sons room. It looks beautiful. Cassandra is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to do business. And I am doing more work soon.

These guys were beyond great. I ordered carpet it was installed and I hated it. It tracked like walking in fresh cement. It showed every footprint, horrible. I said" how can they sell a carpet like that?" Owner brought my claim claim to manufacture, Presto! Pick another type or color and it will be done. No extra charge. Removed first purchase and replaced at no, I repeat, no extra charge. Thank you Sal my experience with your company was a very satisfying one.

FWF just completed almost a complete remodel of my home. I wanted to give 4.5 stars but can't the stars to cooperate! I would and have recommended them for remodel jobs. The budget, design, materials and workman ship were top notch. Jackie did a great job of designing my kitchen and it is really much more organized than before. It opened up my entire house. The only reason I took off the .5 star was the timeline. As any big project things did not always go as anticipated. The work was spot on but it did extend the timeline quite a bit for the project.

In Oct of 17 we had to replace a tub & tile surround. We hired a plumber; he suggested doing the job while we were away for Xmas. He would contact Factory Warehouse of Floors (FWF). When asked by FWF to pay up front we balked, but did pay over two-thirds. In Dec FWF informed us via phone that the job was completed and we paid them in full. When we returned Jan 4, our new tub surround and other finish work was completely unacceptable. The plumber responded and resolved his issues. Paid in full the FWF response was nil. Jan 15, after many phone calls we went to FWF and confronted the owner. We insisted on his seeing the bathroom. He and a tiler came, did minimal touch up and made excuses for why the job was sloppy, but indicated nothing could be done to fix it. If we hadn't already paid for the job they would not have been paid, it was and is, that bad. They agreed to fix the most egregious open issues. After over three weeks of calling cajoling and waiting most of the work was done, unsatisfactorily but mostly done, we finally had to tell FWF that we would finish.the work ourselves and we did. We have had a tile contractor look at the surround and he said the only way to fix it is to replace it. This is the barest report on the saga of our dealing with FWF. If you are not interested in quality or dependability you could give Factory Warehouse of Floors products a look, but under no circumstances trust them, do not leave them unsupervised and do not pay them anything until you have inspected the work very closely. Our recommendation is to stay away from Factory Warehouse of Floors.

4 Years ago we looked to lay a laminate floor in our house. Sal was able to get us a high-quality laminate and padding well under our budget. just last week we decided to lay the flooring in our bedroom after the carpet in there finally wore out. We returned to Sal and in no time he was able to locate the same flooring at the same price with no extra cost. His store has been very accommodating to our needs as we change out each rooms flooring over the years. I have not used his installation team, but my neighbor has. She was very pleased with the installation of laminate flooring in their entire house. She is the one who recommended Sal to me. I look forward to working with him in the future when we decide to remodel other parts of the house. As he is now begun offering cabinet, tile, and other house styling services.
