Nice selection of tiles. Easy to fine prices, and prices are great. Staff was very helpful especially Darius and Cara. Both took time and helped me hand select tiles from the heavy boxes. Just be cautious about purchasing select patterns of natural stone. What is seen on display is not an accurate representation of what is in boxes and for first time tile buyers, this can be an issue. Displays should be better represented with actual tile. So go through the boxes. We didn’t realize until after our tile had been partially installed and now we have to rip it up and start over (display for Bianco Orion shows vanilla marble with hints of caramel, we got Rocky Road looking tile). Luckily they will take back the ugly tiles we didn’t use.

I am a local small business owner and came to pick up installation materials and the tile I had ordered on your guys website. When i arrived I found out that I had misinterpreted the look of the tile on the website to what it actually was in person. It simply would not work. This is when we met your employee Rocky. From the introduction to checkout Rocky made our day. We promptly did a return order for the tile I had purchased online. He helped us pick a new tile, pick a grout, pick the right installation material, and pulled the order for us personally. Rocky is the reason I had a good day today. Thank You.

Tried to buy T-mold transition pieces for the flooring I had just purchased. Said they had five in the store, turned out they had zero. They ordered three pieces from their store in California, I paid for two day shipping and it didn’t come in for a week. Prior to going to the store, I called to order some more, they were supposed to send me an over the phone verification payment form via email, I never ever received it.i called back again and was told over the phone but they were not replenishing the piece S I needed and I could not get it . The lady suggested I contact the manufacturer to order the pieces myself. At this point I called corporate to see what was up, why I couldn’t order the pieces for flooring I just purchased. They told me I absolutely could and all information given to me from the store was wrong. They cannot give out manufacture information and also that It can actually be special ordered. I did have to go to the store to make that special order. When I arrived at 7:30 to pick up the pieces I order prior, receiving department was closed even though the stores open till nine. No one informed me of this. I was able to get three more pieces special order, which will take probably 28 days… If I’m lucky considering it took a week for two day shipping. So now I’ve got concrete floor to walk across for the next month. Customer service for the most part was decent in the store, They at least tried to help, even though they didn’t seem too knowledgeable of protocols or products. But between corporate and the store on the phone, probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Decent tile at an affordable price. Staff is horrible. One day I call and ask for 2 bags of grout and ask if it can be placed up front for pick up. No problem second time I need more grout, I call and they tell me I have to pay for it over the phone or they can't hold it then tell me they can't take payments over the phone because no one was in the pro section. When I get there 5 people working pro counter. Called again today because I needed to get more of the tile I bought previously and he tells me they don't have any more. Keeps me on hold for 20 minutes while he is looking up other stores. I said screw it guess I'll come down and look for a different tile. When I get there they have 3 pallets of the tile I called about....

Wish there was a "0" option. We found the perfect flooring and the employee on the floor told us they had a whole pallet in the back, so we bought 19 boxes, but had to pick it up at a later date. They told us they would hold it for two weeks. We returned three days later to pick it up and they only had 17 boxes. They sold all the rest to someone who could pick it up they day they bought it. We received no notification that what we paid for was no longer available. We got a full refund and will spend our money somewhere else. Suggest you either pick up what you buy right then and there, or go else where. Buyer beware!!!
