Overall the store is great, the low level staff are great. The manager for customer service needs schooling on how to interact with customers. She has a rotten attitude, so hopefully you don't need to return or exchange an item that requires her "authority." Without any knowledge of your background and what you do for a living, she will accuse you of abusing the tools and not maintaining them properly. In my case, it was a post hole shovel. It's made with carbon fiber handles, which one of the handles broke. She accused me of leaving my shovel outside so that it rusted. Carbon fiber does not rust, and I keep my tools locked in the back of my truck, which is completely enclosed. The handle broke due to it's extensive use all over the continental US. That isn't rust you're seeing on the shovel, that's an accumulation of one year's worth of dirt from 29 different States. I used that shovel almost 24/7 from south Florida to northern Ohio. From the Outer Banks to western Oklahoma. It's dug a lot of holes, and when Kobalt puts a "Hassle Free Lifetime Warranty" on the shovel, I expect to get it replaced hassle free. You're a manger of a store. Get off your power trip.

The staff here are always ready to help and are much more knowledgeable than other home improvement stores in the area. It's always organized and clean without random clutter in the walkways. Of course the kids always enjoy the wheeled carts they get to drive! Checking out the staff are always nice and friendly, we have even had a staff member give the kids a toy car, which of course made their day. They always have great holiday displays and the sales are hard to beat.

This is a really great store, though a largely downsized storm door repair section pales in comparison to the service and inventory available from the smaller hardware stores. What's the matter, is the building not large enough? Or is it just not a lucrative priority to service customers this way? It would seem that plenty space is available for important house entry items once the unnecessary items are cleared away. Many people can not buy a new door at a whim, solely relying on DIY repairs.

It was easy to find someone to help. The nice lady kept looking and asking until she found it!!! Good job!!!

The store location is very convenient for me, however the customer service in Lawn & Garden is terrible. I went there asking for help on estimating the amount pine straw mulch on for a property I recently acquired and the associate was rude and uninterested on helping me. Seems like the business for Lowe’s is going so well that they can just have the luxury of rejecting customers. Fortunately for me there is a Home Depot less than a mile apart, so they helped me on my questions and I could buy exactly what I needed. Too bad that some people aren’t aware of the difference they can make on their business if they provide good customer service. I don’t think I will comeback to Lowe’s in Loganville for anything else during the projects I am working on my new property.
