My experience with Lowe's this past month had been horrible. We went to the store on Feb 22 to get a dishwasher. We were going to have them install it. Big Mistake!!! They insisted on doing a pre-inspection to ensure the dishwasher would fit. I explained that we had a existing dishwasher that died and need to replace it. They said it will cost extra money if they find a problem during the install and that if we do the inspection we will be ensured there will not be any issue, so we wasted a week having the inspection completed. On Feb 28 after the inspection we went to the store to buy the dishwasher. The person in the Appliance department had no idea what I was talking about and was very rude. She had a complete lack of Customer Service. After I told her to look it up on the computer she finally realized that the inspection was done and we could purchase the Dishwasher. The install was scheduled for March 7, wasting another week. We find out the dishwasher is damaged and they have to get another unit from the warehouse. We are told it will be in on March 12. We call and they do not have the dishwasher. On-line it says they have 3 in stock and I was told they are for other customers. Another week goes by and after many call to the store and the corporate office we are finally told on March 22 the dishwasher in. it now takes another week to have it installed on March 28. So be warned it could take up to 35 days to get a dishwasher installed from Lowe's
