Store employee was working with a customer when I came over. I patiently waited until I saw him turn to walk off then I said excuse me I have a question. He turned around and snapped with annattitude that he was busy with a customer and I'd have to wait until he was through. Being busy with a customer I understand but when I saw him walking away I thought he was through with that customer. He could have just turned and said that he was busy and he would be with me shortly or if it was urgent I could go to the customer service desk for help. No need for the sneer, tone of voice, or dirty look. Over the past 3 years I have spent over $20000 at this store on appliances, materials, and installs. If this happens one more time I will moving my business elsewhere.

By far one of the best Lowes locations in the metro Atlanta area. Good selection of dimensional lumber that is always of a better grade than Home Depot - always. Rairly do I have to sift through the stacks looking for decent pieces. The premium furniture grade lumber here is also well stocked and of good quality. None of it is priced by the board foot like other places. Its priced by the piece which I prefer. A couple small issues for me are that the wood plugs(hub caps) they carry are more expensive than the competitors and they do not carry Varathane stains which is the brand I prefer. Being a professional furniture maker this often drives me to their competitors.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience here. We originally purchased a floor model fridge because of course the fridge I loved could no longer be ordered. Two weeks later, it started having issues- long story short, we decided to return the one we purchased for the newer model. Bob in appliances was quick to acknowledge us there in the appliance section, and was a total gem making the transaction as quick and seamless as possible.

I ordered some cabinets today online for pick up. About an hour later someone called to tell me that they’re ready for pick up and that I need to go to the entrance by the lumber side and ask the cashier for it. I came and asked the cashier. She was sitting in a chair and didn’t even want to try to help. She just told me to go the the guy at the pro desk close to her station. I went to the guy. He clearly looked irritated that I was there. He found 2 orders. I told him I needed only one and to just cancel the other one. He said “I’m sorry I can’t help you” and send me to customer service. I went to customer service and the lady to me to go to the cashier if I want to pick up. I couldn’t believe it. I told her that I’ve been down there already, so then she decided to help. The cabinet was damaged, so I want them to switch to a good one. She went to the back to ask someone to help. I went to move my car to the lumber side. I waited 30 minutes by the cashier for someone to come. No one did, so I went back to customer service. They said they inspected the cabinets and they were fine so they will not switch. I canceled the order and went to Home Depot. They were 10x busier, but helped me load the cabinets into my car within 20 mins. I wouldn’t mind the long wait at Lowe’s. It’s just that they have very unfriendly employees.
