The company gives you a 4-hour time window of when their technicians will arrive. Seems very large but I have seen other companies use the same time windows. However, unlike most companies, this company refuses to have their service technicians give you a courtesy call when they are on the way. We had a time window set for 8-12, but my wife needed to run to the store to get diapers for our 1-year-old son. When I called customer service to explain that my wife left the house, they said that the technicians had already come out to the house and since no one answered the door they left. Customer service sent the technicians back out to the home but she insisted that they would not wait long for my wife to return because "...they have other houses they need to get to". I then gave the operator verbal consent to go into my home, front door intentionally left unlocked, but she told me they would not enter the home without someone there. Unfortunately, when my wife got home, 15 minutes after getting off the phone with customer service, they were gone. I guess the 4 hour time window doesn't go both ways??? It's okay to make the customer wait all day but if you ask this company to wait for even 15 minutes they refuse and will force you to reschedule the appointment. The sad truth is that all of this could have been avoided by simply agreeing to give a courtesy call. This company is more focused on getting to as many houses as possible in a day and NOT the customers that are depending on them.

I would not have used this company if they weren't the company my builder hired. The flooring in my bathroom was peeling up. They "repaired" it before my final walk-thru, but it was peeling again within a week. They sent someone out to look at it and he (after us telling him it needed to be replaced) decided it needed to be replaced. Of course, he couldn't do that so I had to call and make an appointment for that to be done. It took two weeks for someone to finally call me back to get an appointment. We also wanted them to replace the carpet with flooring on a small section of our home. It seemed like they didn't even want the business. I would call, Dean would be busy, and then no one would ever call me back. I FINALLY got a call back when I told the receptionist that I had been calling for two weeks and this was unacceptable. The guys did a pretty good job replacing my bathroom. The flooring downstairs looks fine, but they did not caulk under the doors, make marks all over my walls, and left blue glue on door frames and baseboards. My husband had to caulk, paint, and cover up where the glue was left. For a very small hall, they charged almost $300 and my husband still had to finish their work. Funny though, Dean had no problem calling me when the address didn't match what he put in for payment, which is crazy because I called the bank and they confirmed he had the correct address. When he called, I told him about their shoddy workmanship and how my husband was having to fix stuff because of them and his answer was "ok". Literally did not say he was sorry, nothing, zero, zip. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible company. They put down the hardwood floors when the concrete hadn't dried and the wood floors have huge spaces between them. They signed a workorder and told me they would replace the floors. One year later after a ton of phone calls and emails they are now refusing to replace the floors. The workmanship was terrible they lied repeatedly and refuse to fix the floors. After paying so much money for these floors and they look awful. A total mess. Do not use this company.

Two words "they suck" if our builders didn't use them we wouldn't have used them. To start with they replaced the tile in our master bath and did a crappy job. Then we rescheduled 3 times to have it fixed. The first time the guy showed said he couldn't do the job and left. The second time my husband schedule and the lady put him down on a different day but told him another. The third time I had it scheduled for after 4 pm and they showed at 9 am. They don't care about their customers or how they treat your house. I will never use them again.
